Vacancy Details: •Post Name: Chemical Assistant •No. of Vacancies: 167 •Pay Scale: Rs. 9,300-34,800 •Grade Pay: Rs. 4,200 •Post Name: Section Officer (Horticulture) •No. of Vacancies: 12 •Pay Scale: Rs. 9,300-34,800 •Grade Pay: Rs. 4,200 •Post Name: Assistant Archaeologist •No. of Vacancies: 12 •Pay Scale: Rs. 34,800-1,12,400 Job Location: All India Eligibility Criteria for SSC NR Recruitment (2017): Educational Qualification:  For Chemical Assistant: Candidates should have passed Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from a recognised university. For Section Officer (Horticulture): Candidates should have passed B.Sc. in Agriculture/Botany/Horticulture OR M.Sc.  in Agriculture with specialisation in Horticulture, or M.Sc. in Landscaping/Architecture Floriculture from a recognised university. For Assistant Archaeologist: Candidates should have passed Master’s Degree in Indian History with Ancient Indian History  or Medieval Indian History as a subject OR Master Degree in Archaeology or Anthropology with Stone age Archaeology as a  subject OR Master Degree in Geology with Pleistocene Geology as a subject from a recognised university Age Limit (as on 24-09-2017): Minimum 18 years and Maximum 30 years Age Relaxation: Sr. No. Category of Candidates Relaxation of Age Permissible 1. PWD candidates 10 years Selection Process: Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of Written Examination and Personal Interview.
